By accessing, joining, or participating in Cosmic Content Club (the “Community”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not join or use the Community. Contact one of the administrators (Jaci and Alex) to be removed from the community. Otherwise, you are agreeing to the terms of service.

These Terms apply to all members, whether participating in a free or paid capacity, and across all platforms where the Community exists.

Acceptance of Terms
By joining or accessing Cosmic Content Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. Participation constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility & Access
You must be at least 18 years old to join this Community. Access to Cosmic Content Club is granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Access to the Community is provided for a defined period based on your purchase or membership level and does not guarantee continued availability beyond that term.

Community Guidelines & Conduct
All members are expected to comply with the Community Guidelines. Violations of the Community Guidelines are considered violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove content, limit participation, or remove members whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with the values and purpose of the Community.

Member Responsibilities
By participating in the Community, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own actions, posts, and interactions
You will not post illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
You will not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or business
You understand that other members’ opinions, advice, or feedback are their own

Intellectual Property
All original content, materials, branding, and resources provided by Cosmic Content Club are owned by the Community and its founders, unless otherwise stated.
Members retain ownership of the content they post. However, by posting in the Community, you grant Cosmic Content Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and use your content within the Community for operational and promotional purposes.
No Community content may be copied, redistributed, sold, or shared outside the Community without explicit written permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality
While Cosmic Content Club encourages respectful handling of shared ideas and experiences, participation does not create an expectation of absolute confidentiality.
Members are responsible for respecting the privacy of others. Cosmic Content Club is not responsible for the actions of members who violate privacy or confidentiality expectations.

Payments, Access Term & Refund Policy
All purchases for Cosmic Content Club are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you purchase a monthly, quarterly, or annual membership, you are granted access to the Community for the full term purchased. Early departure, non-use, or removal due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund or extension.

No Guarantees or Professional Advice
Cosmic Content Club provides educational content, discussion, resources, and peer-based support. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, income, visibility, growth, or results of any kind.
Nothing shared in the Community constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Content Club, its founders, and moderators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Community.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Community.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Content Club, its founders, and moderators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, content, or violation of these Terms.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Community at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Third-Party Platforms
Cosmic Content Club may operate on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or platform-level changes beyond our control. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Cosmic Content Club operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

No Hate

Period. We do not tolerate hate in any way, shape, or form. This includes (but is not limited to) racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and xenophobia. Be respectful, be cool, or be GONE immediately. No warnings, no debates.

Accountability

We’re here for (among other things) accountability. That means showing up honestly, taking responsibility for your words and actions, and being open to learning when something doesn’t land the way you intended. Growth requires self-reflection — defensiveness will be gently (or not so gently) redirected.

Feedback

We’re here for (among other things) feedback, so all members need to be open to giving and receiving it. Feedback should be constructive, respectful, and grounded in helping someone move forward — not tearing them down.

Giving feedback can be tricky, so if you’re ever uncertain about how to say something, feel free to reach out to one of the founders (Jaci and Alex). We’re more than happy to help you navigate something a lil tricky before it becomes a thing.

Privacy

This isn’t necessarily a “what happens here stays here forever” vibe — but it is a “don’t be weird or careless with other people’s trust” vibe.

We want you to feel comfortable sharing ideas, questions, struggles, and work-in-progress without fear of them being screenshotted, reshared, or discussed elsewhere without consent.

When it comes to others in the group, please keep their ideas, experiences, and personal context inside the community unless you’ve been given explicit permission to share. If it’s not yours to tell, don’t tell it.

Moderation & Enforcement

The founders and moderators reserve the right to remove content, limit participation, or remove members at any time if behavior violates these guidelines or disrupts the community. Decisions are made in the best interest of the space as a whole and are final. This is not a courtroom — it’s a community.

Self-Promotion & Selling

This is not a pitch fest. Unsolicited self-promotion, affiliate links, or sales posts are not allowed unless explicitly invited or shared in designated spaces. If you’re unsure whether something counts as promotion, ask first. When in doubt, lead with value — not a link.

No Screenshots or Recordings

Do not screenshot, record, copy, or share content from this community outside the group without explicit permission from everyone involved. This includes posts, comments, voice notes, and shared work. Respect the trust people place in this space.

Concerns & Reporting

If something feels off, uncomfortable, or crosses a line, please reach out privately to one of the founders or moderators. Please avoid escalating issues publicly. We take concerns seriously and will handle them with care and discretion.

Results & Responsibility

We provide space, conversation, resources, and support — but outcomes are not guaranteed. Participation in this community does not promise specific results, success, income, growth, or outcomes of any kind. What you do with what’s shared here is your responsibility.

Evolving Guidelines

These guidelines may evolve as the community grows. Any updates will be shared, and continued participation means you agree to the most current version.

Show Up Fully

This community works best when you show up as yourself — curious, engaged, and willing to participate. Bring your questions, your ideas, and your real thoughts.

Reporting

If you are being harassed by a member of our community, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the administrators via thecosmiccontentclub@gmail.com. If the person who is harassing you is on the admin team, they will not be involved in handling or resolving the incident.

The admin team will respond to any complaint as promptly as possible we can. If you do not get a timely response (for example, if no admins are currently online) then please put your personal safety and well-being first, and consider logging out and/or contacting the admins at their business email addresses available on their websites.

This code of conduct applies to our community's spaces, but if you are being harassed by a member of our community outside our spaces, we still want to know about it. We will take all good-faith reports of harassment by our members, especially the administrators, seriously. This includes harassment outside our spaces and harassment that took place at any point in time. The abuse team reserves the right to exclude people from the community based on their past behavior, including behavior outside of our spaces and behavior towards people who are not in this community.

In order to protect volunteers from abuse and burnout, we reserve the right to reject any report we believe to have been made in bad faith. Reports intended to silence legitimate criticism may be deleted without response.

Enforcement Process

Every code of conduct violation report will be treated with seriousness and care. If a member's immediate safety and security is threatened, an individual admin may take any action that they deem appropriate, up to and including temporarily banning the offender from the community. In less urgent situations, at least two admins will discuss the offense and mutually arrive at a suitable response, which will be shared with the offender privately. Whatever the resolution that they decide upon, the decision of the admins involved in a violation case will be considered final.

We will respect confidentiality requests for the purpose of protecting victims of abuse. At our discretion, we may publicly name a person about whom we've received harassment complaints, or privately warn third parties about them, if we believe that doing so will increase the safety of our members or the general public. We will not name harassment victims without their affirmative consent.

Consequences

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the administrators may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the community and identification of the participant as a harasser to other members. At the discretion of the admins, or by request, one or more of the parties involved may request to discuss the violation and how to avoid similar situations in the future.
